Alliance Vocom

The Alliance Vocom is a very complete fertilizer dosing unit which is known for its soundness and long life cycle. The Alliance Vocom consists of a frame with mixing tank, stainless steel pumps and filters mounted on it. The unit brings to the correct EC and pH the feed water and at same time filters this water. The Alliance Vocom uses so-called AB-tanks in which solid or liquid fertilizers are dissolved. The control takes place possibly combined with the climate control by means of the Alliance process computer. The Alliance Vocom is characterized by:

Alliance Ferticom

The Alliance Ferticom is a modern and very safe installation for the fully automatic and flexible dosing of liquid fertilizers, without A/B tanks. The Alliance Ferticom is constructed like the Alliance Vocom with mixing tank, stainless steel pumps and filters. In place of motorized valves and A/B tanks on the Alliance Ferticom plunger pumps are used for the dosage of liquid fertilizers in the mixing tank. The control takes place also through the Alliance Ferticon. The Alliance Ferticom is characterized by:

• Flow monitoring of the individual liquid fertilizers

• Flexible switchover for several feed solutions

Fertiset

Vocom

The heart of your substrate crop is the Brinkman Vocom unit. The Vocom is
completely self-contained unit. Consist mainly of the following:

• Mixing tank
• AB fertilizers tanks
• Level control for AB tanks
• Acid and/or lye tank
• Twice EC control
• Twice pH control
• Modulating A and B valves
• Water meter
• Sand- and fine filter

Vocom is developed for the liquid feeding of crops grown on substrate and on soil. The mixing tank, pump, filters, switch box and computer are integrated within a steel framework. The dosage and the operation of the unit is governed by the Vocom computer, which measures, regulate, steers, controls, and monitors its high quality components to an outstanding degree. The modulating valves installed on the Vocom makes it exceptional with faultless control. These valves maintain a uniform concentration and compensate utomatically to ensure that the levels in the A and B tanks remain equal and guarantee that the dosage of the stock solution remains constant despite changing water throughput.
The water-jet pumps used on Vocom operate by mean of water force alone. They have no moving parts and therefore do not wear, need no maintenance and have a long life.
The Vocom feeding unit is wholly constructed by Brinkman and can be adapted to suit your requirements. It is designed and constructed to the highest specifications and can be justifiably called the heart of your irrigation system.
Vocom available in two models standard- and Mini Vocom. The standard Vocom has the advantage of automatic switching between different groups of AB tanks, while in mini Vocom switching between different AB groups is done manually as standard automtic is also possible.
