Fanmister (air humidifiers)

A Fanmister installation has three functions :

•  Air circulation for climate improvement
•  Raising of the air humidity by means of a fine mist which is scattered by the fans.
•  Lowers the temperature

The Fanmister is obtainable in two different systems namely the Fanmister Rotary and the Fanmister high pressure.

Fanmister high pressure

Suitable for surfaces larger than 2.000 m2. In the fan a stainless steel ring is mounted with highpressure nozzles which produces the fine mist. The nozzles are fed by means of hoses and stainless steel couplings by a high pressure unit.(see photo above). The high pressure unit consists of a high-pressure pump 120 bar where the capacity is matched to the number of fans. The inventory tank is filled with rainwater or a comparable quality. Via a float or measuring pins the tank remains at level. The water goes via a centrifugal pump and fine filters to the highpressure pump. The high pressure unit is actuated by the hygrometer or climate computer.

Fanmister Rotary

Suitable for surfaces up to 2.000 m2. In the fan a high speed electric motor is mounted with a nebulizer which produces the fine mist by means of a controllable flow meter which is connected to the water pipe. The capacity is adjustable from 0 - 60 litre/hour. The fans are actuated via the control cabinet by the moisture meter or climate computer.
