Multispan plastic greenhouses
Shade climate halls Many crops that are grown inside greenhouses only need protected environment temporarily. The time when no protective greenhouse surrounding is required it might even be bad for the quality of the crop to be inside a greenhouse. With the shade climate hall the above problem will be solved. It consists of special type of movable screen installed on a glasshouse-like steel structure and it replaces the conventional glass or plastic roof. The screen can be completely opened or closed at wish. In closed position greenhouse conditions prevail and the crop will be protected against rain, strong wind and/or cold. In open position the situation will be like outside. Due to this 100% ventilation, no heat will be trapped inside the hall like with a normal greenhouse. This means perfect conditions during summer season. Proper installations provide resistance against strong wind. The screen is fully tight and has a light transmission of 80%. The screen is hanging on steel wires, opens and closes like a harmonica. It is delivered with suspension hooks already installed in the screen cloth.

Available as a complete roof and gable system for Venlo and wide span glasshouses. Composed of ridges, ridge couplings, roof bars suitable for different glass size, storm clamps, gutter ridge profiles for steel gutter, different size of roof ventilator 2 and 3-pane, slam rail, aluminum condensation gutter. The aluminum gable system is deliverable for single or double glazing including outside rubber and/or PVC strips, gable bars with hostelite cap, foundation profile, gutter side profile, piling up profile. Complete aluminum sliding doors of different measurements, all necessary connection parts, and bolts and nuts. In addition to the normal used steel gutters in glasshouse, aluminum gutters of different design are also available for both glasshouses and plastic houses. This type of plastic greenhouses have a great advantage, since it has the same steel structure used in glasshouses which is based on box profiles columuns and trellis girder. The bay size here is 6,40 m. and the section size is 4,00 m. Moreover the highly developed aluminum gutter with an integrated click-in profiles for fixing the plastic film. This guarantees proper closure, so no air gaps and loss of thermal energy. The roof ventilation design is based on continuous ridge-gutter ventilation; other possibilities are also available. Side ventilation is also possible to be installed, manual or power driven. The choices are wide.
